And Josh Allen was ridiculous. 334 passing yards. Two passing touchdowns. Two rushing touchdowns. DJ Moore immediately showed what a true WR1 can bring to this offense, Khalil Shakir was attacking beyond the short passing game, and Dalton Kincaid exploded for 130 receiving yards. Defensively? There are things Jim Leonhard needs to fix. Houston tested Buffalo throughout the game, the secondary had some communication problems and the run defense wasn't where it needs to be. But when the Bills absolutely HAD to make a play, the defense delivered. Two sacks on Houston's final drive. A strip-sack to finish it. Ballgame. There will be plenty to clean up before Thursday night's home opener against Detroit. But Buffalo is 1-0.
